I would very much like to say,I have taken more than a few diet pills in my time. I have came across a couple good and bad. Let's say the name Garcinia Cambogia alone speaks for itself. I also have been on yo-yo diet after yo-yo diet. It is truly a blessing ,when you can actually say( I have lost Weight). I started out 30 minutes before breakfast taking 2 capsule, and around  lunchtime when I am at work take my pill 30 minutes before I go on my lunch break.Then around time for me to eat lunch I start feeling less hungry, It also helps me feel more calm and relaxed,What I'm pretty much saying is the ingredients that are in the Garcinia Cambogia help stimulate your mood if you feel a little stressed. I also have a little more energy to get up and move around, I don't feel sluggish , I have more energy to do things that I truly didn't feel like doing before I started taking my Garcinia Cambogia. I have been taking these pills for about two weeks, I have what you would call excessive bulge around my stomach area and that has always been my problem area. As I stated earlier, it is sometime harder to lose weight in that area of your body. The first week I lost 2 pounds, and the fatty bulge around my stomach area has got loose, the bulge has started to decrease in size. I would love to lose more of the bulge off my stomach area, I am going to continue to take all of my pills until they are completely gone. I love the added energy and how I feel so calm. Yes I would recommend this product to a family member and friends, that may have a goal going into the new year and wanting to shed a couple of pounds. Garcinia Cambogia is an a\excellent product to take if your goal is to lose weight with a positive attitude. It doesn't hurt to go after one of your goals (LOSING WEIGHT)

You and I both know the Winter months are not my favorite.  I will do anything to keep myself entertained and happy as the cold days drag by. I long for the sunshine and warmth, I miss the days of 7pm sunsets and if I’m honest, I’m already counting down. I would love to be wearing flip-flops, tank tops and bathing-suits, but since I can’t, I’m determined to find a way to feel stylish and fashionable.

When I first moved to the South, I  owned one pair of closed-toed shoes, coats and gloves were a foreign concept and scarves hadn’t yet hit the runway.  Much has changed since then (including the fact that I now have two small people and have somehow gained a decade or so) but keeping style in my life is still a priority.

Metallic threads and silver/gold colors are also a large trend in clothing for this coming party season, and it’s reflected in Winter makeup trends too.

Drench your eyes in deep bronzes, golds and silvers. Metallics are fun: they might not be what you want to wear for work (although a little hint wouldn’t go amiss), but they are wonderful for big nights out. There are few things that can make you feel more dressed-up and ready to go than some really bold, shiny make-up on your eyes.

Pastels may seem like summer colors to you, but bright, playful oranges and pinks are great winter colors too, and have been seen on numerous catwalks this season. They don’t need to be silly or childish – although they can be. Go for deeper, more autumnal shades if you want a more adult look

These kinds of colors – both in makeup and clothing – are perfect if you just want to have fun with your look this winter.

Know What You're Good At And Work It

Part of being confident is knowing exactly what you're good at... and being a diva is being able to work those talents hard. Think about Beyonce: does there ever seem like there's a teensy bit of doubt in her mind that she can put on an amazing performance? No, it doesn't. She knows she can deliver a good show - and she does, every time. Focus on your talents and don't be afraid to toot your own horn when trying to get something you want.
Another way to demand respect is by standing up for yourself. When you show people you're not a girl who can be messed with, they're going to be more impressed with you - and they're probably then going to be more willing to do what you want. Don't let people criticize you for no reason and don't let others stand in the way of you getting what you want. If someone tells you they don't believe in you, tell them they're wrong and make them truly believe that they'll one day eat those words.


Being confident is super important, but be very wary of the fine line between healthy amounts of self-esteem and narcissism. As the WSJ piece points out, being too full of yourself isn't good. Being arrogant will not only piss people off, it will also alienate them - and no one wants to do things for someone who thinks she knows it all. Sometimes you may need to be a little bit cocky, but like I said... be careful. Keep yourself grounded, no matter how successful you get

Look Presentable

I'm not saying you have to dress in business suits and classy dresses every single day, but let's be real: walking around looking like a bum is probably not going to impress anyone. Looking presentable isn't just about showering, doing your hair and wearing something expensive - it's about nailing your own look and owning it. You don't need to spend a lot of money to do that. People are much more apt to take you seriously when you look like you care about yourself. This is especially important when you have a big event, like a job or college interview. Save the sweats for your lazy Sundays.

The Cassani Fogless Shower Mirror is a good mirror , my husbands uses this mirror a whole lot in the shower. I only can say he is in love with himself as man . More like the MAN IN THE MIRROR  I call him he stay in the mirror more than I do. He loves his looks and take his looks seriously. I am a woman and really I have to just say can I get in the mirror now. It is my turn, we get a laugh off who actaully gets to use them.  This mirror. I don't do all the shaving like he does, but seriously I dedicate this mirror to him . It is his special mirror in the shower. He loves this mirror it helps him alot  when it comes to shaving. He enjoys get in this mirror a whole lot.
